Performance Physical Therapy Assessments
Our Performance Physical Therapist will complete a thorough, comprehensive examination including a physical assessment and running analysis to determine what areas you need to focus on to optimize your running. We will help to rehab new or old injuries that might be holding you back while running.
By assessing the physical strength and flexibility of key muscle groups we can better understand why certain running mechanics are present.

We utilize slow motion video analysis of your running mechanics to determine where in the sequence you might need improvements
Through slow motion capture video analysis of your running mechanics we are able to determine your cadence, stride length, stride width, foot strike pattern and so much more!
Running Performance and Training Program
After your initial comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluation you will have the option to join our Run Strong Program
This is a 12 week strength training and running re-training program designed to help you run far and pain-free
Included with the program is weekly check-ups and progressions from our Performance Physical Therapist so you stay on track with your goals.
Whether you are running a 5k for the first time or competing in a marathon, this program is detailed and designed for you!
